Ornstein literally never actually tells us anything unless there is a actual signing to announce. We literally know everything he has told us already, he just puts it in an eloquent and summarised way that’s all.
What Ornstein says @7:30 is absolutely true and what most fans failed to understand (guilty culprits AFTV) who oversimplify transfer markets as supply and demand.

I will never understand the "we have no money" stance by Arsenal which Ornstein portrays. Some of the highest prices in europe, had a net positive summer. Lack of planning and hindsight over one injury is negligent by the board
