The team plays better without Vini who doesn't focus on playing ball but on fighting the opposition players.
Also, on the LW, he likes to overcomplicate things by trying to force out a dribble. Rodrygo knows when to dribble and when to pass to the midfielders so we can keep retaining possession. Vinicius, on the other hand, would want to force out a dribble only to lose the ball in a very dangerous position.
Dani Ceballos looks like the only player that can fill in the Toni Kroos role on the team, with him on the pitch, we always have more control with the ball and he's quick with transitional play plus his ball recovery too.
There should be a permanent place for him on the starting 11. He offers more technicality and creativity than Tchouameni and Camavinga combined.
