  1. I honestly think Argentina have had the best midfield in the entire World Cup. They have been such a pivotal part of their win. Enzo, De Paul, and Mac Allister all fit the system perfectly and compliment each other so well. Paredes off the bench too is an amazing option

  2. Enzo by far. Played as 6, 8 and 10. In the third goal he is the One that passes to Martinez. But runs and tackles also.
Its the new modric but stronghrer. Is like redondo.

  3. Those idiot scaloni deserved the blame if argentina lose, always give opportunities to the opponent to comeback. Vs ausie vs netherland and vs france.. when lead 2-0 always defensive minded and almost cost them the worldcup

  4. I was just awestruck by the performance of mcalister….what a gem of a player….
I was like how is he doing this in the biggest stage…. without any experience in playin bigg occasion….
    Him and enzo deadly duo

  5. For me it wasn't McAlister it was de Paul dude was running allover the place tackling, taking back the ball, pressing every second and creating chances. He had limitless energy.
It was so obvious the teams quality declines every time he was subbed off

  6. So you're telling me Argentina played the game of their lives and France didn't show up for first 70 minutes and played one of their worst games, had a bunch key players injured that normally would start, had majority of the crowd against them, had a bug going around the team leading up to the game, and still came within a miraculous last minute Martinez save on Kolo Muani 1v1 shot from winning it all, and the game ended in a draw and was decided on PKs. C'est la vie.

  7. Well, I was upset that with Lo Celso's absence from the beginning and I don't think Macallister can fill in the former's shoes and this is also why De Paul suffered really badly during those times, but since his great performance against Poland I just felt that maybe he has a role to fill in. This is also successful when Scaloni got the ball to start Enzo taking over Paredes. Indeed, he and Enzo are match in the heaven for our midfield along with De Paul when the latter eventually integrated with those 2 lads. I also think that Alvarez is another big surprise. If only we have someone like him as Messi's partner in crime for the forward line, Argentina would have won WC2014 and the Copa titles in 2015 and 2016.

  8. Mac Allister was everywhere and it was clear that ARG just wanted it more. I agree with the comment about Di Maria playing longer. Probably would have caused another goal earlier. Was great to see him shine along with Messi. Likely the last time to see him as well. And while we are at it, goodbye to my man Luka (CRO). If it came to setup impact he is definitely the GOAT.

  9. Julian Alvarez ran more than any other. Julian Alvarez was the link between Di Maria and his goal. Julian Alvarez had 4 goals in the World Cup and was third even with Olivier Giroud. I truly did not understand how they gave the young player trophy to Enzo over Julian Alvarez.

  10. They were unconvincing. But they always seems to come trough out of no where esp against teams that were performing better than they were

  11. A legitimate organisation that is trying to help construction workers in Qatar is… Equidem

    ……….. …………….. ………. …….. …..

Football fans should try and help the mistreated workers who built the stadiums and hotels.
