Pat myers, dan Moore, and isaac semulo don’t need to be resign and Arthur smith is a terrible OC that needs to be fired.
One consistent trend I see is that Russ trusts Van Jefferson and Freiermuth on critical downs or crossing routes more than he trusts Pickens to be where he's supposed to be. He should still throw it to him, but if Fields is the QB next year he shouldn't trust Pickens either.
Thanks for another great breakdown. You finally said what ive seen and said all season….they dont finish blocks ever and ive never seen anything like it. Broderick was the worst offender of them all, but you see it all theough this tape. I didnt see Frasier do it almost ever, but on this tapenon like the 3rd or 4th play he stood straight up and stopped blocking as if the play was over. Hell, from gradeschool i was taught to block and play through the whistle. And we all wonder why the line cant get any movement and the pocket collapses quickly.
Great video when you pass block or run block run them to the end zone never stop moving your feet don't sit and wait for them to just pass you

1) Seumalo might have had his worst season as a pro. Love the guy and hope he gets back to form next season. Wonder if injury has him playing such poor technique?
2) I think you hit the nail on the head with your comment about coaching not stressing the O-line attitude to play to the whistle. I think that same idea applies to Dan Moore on the double Tackle pull play. He needs to know he's a runaway freight train that is going to demolish the first guy wearing purple he finds at the end of the tracks. A confused offensive lineman should be sent to the glue factory.

At 0:41 you do a fucking flea flicker with no Pickens on the field who went 5 for 5 catches and 6 for 6 if you include that penalty. Either way we don’t deserve Pickens but bro deserves this be targeted 10-15 times a game… put it in his contract!!!

I will have to disagree on the good play call on the double pulling tackles. That was terrible play design. First off based on the way everyone is blocking it’s supposed to be some sort of zone run. But why the pull???? Like you are messing up the timing of the blocks and giving the linemen terrible leverage. That missed block by Dan Moore isn’t even his fault. He had no chance of getting to that block with the DE crashing down. Also who is jones supposed to be blocking on that play? There is no one over there for him to block? That was one of the worst play calls I’ve ever seen. That is all on Arthur smith. Like why would you make the play even harder on your linemen to block?
your first play is why I question tomlin. You want to run the ball. There is 1 QB on your roster that allows you to do that. He was your second leading rusher when he started and he forces the defense to match up 11 on 11. Dont tell me you have an identity and you refuse to use your personnnell properly. On the defense it was Bishop being benched for Sutton. And at WR it was not getting Ro. Wilson or Mike williams in on the games. this is why the steelers lost. It was NOT PERSONNELL. They had the personell. Mike T had to be right more than he had to win and it cost them. Even if they went with Russ, why not go with the Cincy game 1 strategy? why was that the ONLY GAME that they let the qb cook from jump?
here did you get the all -22? you video shows that the wideouts dont get separation and i agree with the desperation thought too. Russ always looks deep first and never looks shallow or across middle.

Aye maaan this is 👍🏿. The issue that I see is that we don't have wide receivers who can read defenses. We don't have smart receivers that can sit down in the zone, all they do is "run the route".

I like your breakdown. IMO after Russ lost 3 in a row, they should have had Fields in against Bengals and in this game. Matter of fact, Fields never should have been put on the bench. Russ should be a mentor and back-up from now on. He's cooked. IMO.
