  1. Now please go and fight a ranked opponent or a valid contender instead of fighting canned tomatoes… dont get me wrong i think he's hella talented but hes been up high for a bit just challenge yourself

  2. I was there. Jai hits like a sledgehammer. The fight should have been stopped after the first knockdown. The kid was as game as Ned Kelly but in the end it was a mismatch. So glad he recovered. It looked bad for a few minutes.

  3. Brutal KO by Jai. Bombs landed by both during the fight. Both need to sure up their defences in the future if they want to prevent serious brain damage.

  4. Usyk has stated he would like to return to cruiserweight and reclaim his belts. The added weight at heavy doesn’t suit him he thinks. Would love to see him fight Opetaia but I personally think that ship has sailed. Maybe WBC Bridgerweight would be a happy medium as he is really just that , weight wise, anyway. Problem is there are practically no eyes on that division. He would bring much needed legitimacy to that weight class that I think is a viable division. If he fights and beats the best boxers between 201 and 224 , that would give credibility to Bridgerweight much like he and Holyfield put the spotlight on the cruiserweight division which was mostly seen as a Jr Heavyweight stopover. A mature heavyweight at a best weight of up to 224 pounds or so is never going to grow into a massive heavyweight that is common these days, at least not in decent shape. Historically the best all around heavies usually fought around 220 or so, anyway. Ali, Frazier, Norton and even Big George , in their prime, seldom fought north of 220.

  5. I think this referee is one of the better one's in boxing. I've seen him many times. Unfortunately, he was out of position at the end of the fight because Nyika should not have taken that last punch. The fight could have been stopped before that.

  6. Nykia didn't need to take those extra shots. I understand giving him a chance after the knockdown, but it should have been stopped as soon as he took another shot and started stumbling.

  7. The ref was either scared or way too far back to intervene. I wish the ref would have be looking for that one unblock shot after the knock down so he can jump in dea
