Defence continues to be an issue for United and the board are considering several centre-backs.
Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly is top of their list, but the defender would cost upwards of £80m and is unavailable in January.

Milenkovic is valued at £45m by his club. The 21-year-old is under contract at Fiorentina until 2022.
