We should be getting behind Watkins and trying to help his confidence as Villa fans. Yes, he misses way to many chances, yes he has a poor first touch, yes he isnt a top 4 striker, but many players in the team are stuggling with the demands of maintaining CL and a top 5 finish in the prem. Duran is the main man and if we can bring some fresh blood in with CL experience we'll be ok. I dont think top 4/5 sadly this season as you just cant concede this many goals and miss so many big chances and finish in a CL spot. But look where Unai got us when he took over from SG. We are still building. UTV
Watkins is an awful finisher Duran will take his spot in no time Watkins is always smashing the ball over from inside 6 yard box no composure what’s so ever just swings wild at it that’s the difference between a world class forward & a decent forward he ain’t got it no offence

Leicester should have won
If Ranieri had managed us properly until the end of his contract (Summer 2020) and NOT completely ruined a great little side put together primarily by Pearson,and left us as a top 10 side,we may now have a really top manager,and would still be punching well above our weight like Fulham,Brighton or Brentford.He was just lucky when we won it in buying Kante and Okazaki,if he'd have bought Musa and Slimami instead,like the season after,NO way would we have won it !
