  1. Spanish football board is biased. It's time for them scrutinise how
Unfairly they treating vinicious. The linesman ,refree, var were ignoring all incidents valencia defenders holding, pulling vinicious several times. It's not fair and even boring.Bad football habits on the football peach!!

  2. The goal keeper overreacted.

It is very unfair to have given vini.jr a red card

Imagine vini.jr never hit him back

Imagine vini.jr fell to the floor after the keeper hit him at the back.

Would the keeper be giving a red card ?

  3. المفروض العدالة ،،اللاعبان ،،المهاجم مع حارس المرمى ،،كلاهما اخطأ ،،لم يشير الحكم إلى الحارس ابدا …اين حكام الفار..

  4. HOPEFULLY he's given a lengthy ban for his stupidly and fined by the club. He should then be given counseling and placed in programmes ro help him to behave better on the field. He will cost Madrid in big games bcuz of his wasteman attitude and behavior. A player I have ratings for but his silliness often leaves me very disappointed. He'll shoot himself in the leg if he continues.

  5. Yes, Venicious is a complete idiot who needs Anger Management Classes. He will never win a Ballando'r if he keeps acting like this.

  6. In Defense of Vinícius Júnior: Understanding What He Faces

Vinícius Júnior (Vini Jr.) is not just a footballer; he is a young man enduring the weight of systemic racism, relentless provocations, and the scrutiny of millions. While his emotional reactions on the pitch are often criticized, it’s crucial to understand the context behind those moments. His actions are not isolated—they stem from years of enduring mistreatment and the emotional toll that comes with it. Here’s why Vini Jr. deserves support and understanding.

    1. Racism in Football: A Persistent Problem

Racism is not a card to be “pulled.” It is a harsh reality that Vini Jr. faces regularly, both on and off the pitch. This includes racial slurs from fans, dehumanizing chants, and systemic bias in how referees and institutions handle situations involving him.

    • Repeated Abuse: Vini Jr. has been subjected to monkey chants, racial taunts, and online harassment numerous times. These aren’t isolated incidents—they’re part of a larger pattern of racism that remains pervasive in football.

    • Institutional Failures: Governing bodies and referees often fail to act decisively, leaving players like Vini Jr. unprotected. This lack of accountability emboldens those who perpetuate the abuse and isolates the victims.

Racism in football isn’t just a surface issue; it’s a deeply embedded problem that continues to harm players of color.

    2. The Emotional Toll of Repeated Provocations

Racism and provocations are not one-time events—they are cumulative. Each slight, each abuse, and each act of neglect adds up, creating a mental and emotional burden that no one should have to bear.

    • Cumulative Effect: For Vini Jr., every insult, every jeer, and every moment of disrespect builds on the pain of previous incidents. Even minor provocations, like a “light touch” or a dismissive comment, feel heavier when viewed against this backdrop.

    • Provocation on the Pitch: Opponents know how to push his buttons, deliberately provoking him to elicit a reaction. The expectation that he should always “rise above” ignores the fact that even the strongest individuals have limits.

Critics often fail to understand how repeated mistreatment wears down emotional resilience. It’s not just about being professional—it’s about being human.

    3. Emotional Responses Are Human

Vini Jr.’s reactions are often labeled as “overreactions,” but this ignores the context of his experiences. Expecting him to remain calm under constant pressure is both unfair and unrealistic.

    • Exhaustion from Racism: Living with racism and constant provocations drains mental energy. Vini Jr.’s emotional responses are not signs of weakness—they’re signs of the immense pressure he faces.

    • Double Standards: Many players react emotionally on the pitch, but Vini Jr. faces disproportionate scrutiny, largely because of the racialized nature of his experiences. Why is he expected to shoulder such an extraordinary burden without support?

His emotions reflect the frustration of fighting battles that others don’t have to face. Instead of criticizing his reactions, we should empathize with the circumstances that provoke them.

    4. The Recent Incident: Context Matters

Critics argue that Vini Jr. overreacted to a “light touch” from the goalkeeper in the recent incident. But this criticism ignores the broader context. For Vini Jr., this wasn’t just about that one moment—it was the culmination of years of abuse and neglect.

    • Provocation Matters: Even minor provocations can feel monumental when they come on top of repeated injustices. The goalkeeper’s actions, while subtle, were clearly intended to provoke.

    • Unequal Standards: The rules state that contact to the face is a red card, but where is the accountability for those who provoke such reactions? The focus shouldn’t just be on punishing Vini Jr.—it should be on addressing the root causes of these incidents.

    5. Racism’s Broader Impact

What Vini Jr. faces extends beyond football. Racism affects every aspect of life, from mental health to personal relationships to professional performance. For players like him, the burden is doubled—they must excel in their sport while constantly defending their humanity.

    • Mental Health: The toll of repeated abuse can lead to frustration, anger, and emotional exhaustion. This is not a sign of weakness; it’s a natural response to unnatural circumstances.

    • Call for Systemic Change: The responsibility to fix this doesn’t lie with Vini Jr. It lies with institutions, referees, and governing bodies that allow these issues to persist. The focus should be on prevention and accountability, not just reaction.

    6. If Critics Traded Places with Vini Jr.

It’s easy to criticize Vini Jr. from the outside, but what if those same critics had to trade places with him? What if they had to:

    • Endure racial abuse at work, on social media, and in public spaces, all while being expected to perform at the highest level?

    • Face opponents deliberately provoking them, knowing that any emotional response would lead to disproportionate scrutiny?

    • Shoulder the burden of fighting racism while trying to “just play football”?

If they experienced even a fraction of what Vini Jr. endures, they might not only understand his reactions—they might admire his restraint. Walking in his shoes would reveal the immense strength it takes to keep fighting against racism while excelling in a demanding profession.

    7. The Bigger Picture: Defending Vini Jr.

Defending Vini Jr. isn’t just about supporting one player—it’s about taking a stand against racism and systemic injustice in football. By standing with him, we:

    1. Acknowledge Racism’s Reality: Denying his experiences perpetuates the myth that racism in football is no longer an issue.

    2. Show Empathy: Understanding the emotional toll of repeated mistreatment helps build a fairer and more inclusive sport.

    3. Demand Accountability: Those who provoke and perpetuate abuse should face consequences. Governing bodies must enforce anti-racism measures with consistency and urgency.

    Conclusion

Vinícius Júnior’s reactions are not just about the moments themselves—they’re about years of enduring racism, provocation, and systemic neglect. Instead of focusing on his emotional responses, we should address the deeper issues that create these situations.

To those who criticize him, ask yourselves: could you endure what he faces and still perform at his level? Could you remain calm while being provoked day after day? Walking in his shoes would reveal the true strength it takes to keep fighting.

Defending Vini Jr. is about more than football—it’s about fairness, respect, and humanity. Let’s shift the conversation from criticizing him to demanding change. Racism has no place in football or anywhere else, and it’s time we all take responsibility for creating a better, more inclusive environment for everyone.

    Let’s Stand with Vini Jr.

  7. He went for the neck of gk, then after red card it looks like he tried to attack ref, seriously? Much bigger players than him have got much worse treatment from opp team and even from their own fans. Provoking and stuff is common in football you don't have to be this much intimidated from it. Also after all this only 2 matches ban, whereas lewa got 3 matches ban just for doing a simple gesture. Not like I'm targeting rm fans, but even they gotta agree if some barca player had done it the bann would minimum be of 4 matches.
