Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder is fearing “the worst” as the club awaits scan results following an injury to Socceroos defender Harry Souttar. Souttar was left lying on the turf late in the game and had to be helped from the field. It’s not yet known whether the issue is with Souttar’s knee or ankle. Souttar has already overcome one significant career setback after rupturing his ACL in 2021. He has been in great form this season after securing a loan move from Leicester City in August, playing 21 of Sheffield United’s 23 games in the Championship.
