We do
not good enough.the teams above us keep getting points not sunderland so promotion is a myth.
How on earth could mayenda miss that chance he had time to just stand back and hit the back of the net the manager needs to look at this from a confidence point of view as I think mayenda lacks finishing even though he has years ahead we all want Sunderland to do well but I er the last two games were talking one point and not six everyone says Christmas is a important time it's there to enjoy presents and gifts the new years gifts Sunderland as a team to really push our promotion credentials forward and see the stadium of light playing in the premier League we hope for the best 🙏
Lets be honest that was not a good performance. We need to take January window seriously and bring in several new players the depth in the squad especially the bench is so far off a top 2/playoff challenging team

We can't match the strength in depth of Leeds, Sheff U and Burnley. That is a fact. There is still 22 games to go and transfer business in January is massive.
Good defender, had another decent performance today within a below par team showing. Problem is you can't build a defence or attack around players who will be gone by the summer. Something still isn't right. Sunderland is far too big a club to be continually relying on loaning players in season after season.
