Talk about the important things Alice, the managements latest cut, the axing of 40 thousand pounds a year to a charity that helps ex players with things like funeral expenses. Ratcliffe and his Ineos mugs and the Glazers are putting up ticket prices and laying off staff and cutting any benefits for the staff that are still in a job. When it comes to the charity it is solely to provide cash to ex players that were on lower wages than the players of today. If a player is 80 years of age it means he would have been at his peak in about 1970 when average player wages at Manchester United were 3 times that of the average UK worker, so I don't get why they deserve charity?
