Hello frauds, just want to make it clear here in case it isn't in the video, that the Nunes problem as I call it, isn't a direct issue with Nunes, rather, the problem is (for me) how Pep is USING Nunes.

We are too slow on the pitch like no legs even we try to counter attack I know this problem will solve when covacic return but why not nunes play in the middle.. We need to be fast.. Nunes should be deployed as 6 only. His the closest thing to Rodri in the squad, clearly better at defensive work & carrying the ball out from danger as compared to Gundo & Kovosic.
Nunes a CDM, Guardiola must stop insisting on starting him as a fucking winger, He's SLOW and CAN'T dribble, He's a physical player and should play as CDM!

Hughes was the best player on the pitch – because he is a mobile midfielder – an ok level player will dominate the central midfield in a City game simply due to being mobile – so why can't Pep make that player a Man City one 🤷🏻♂️

Rico Lewis needs to be loaned out to Bayern to get some muscles. Very weak and he is supposed to defend.
Ain’t a City fan but Nunes at Sporting and Wolves was deployed as a CM. His attributes are wasted at the wing, he’s no winger. He doesn’t have the speed and the trickiness of one. City lacks legs in the midfield, he will bring that and is a ball carrier. Pep praised him as a very intelligent baller, maybe he should trust him..
Definitely, Nunes is zero in terms of intimidation. All he does is wait, slow down and pass back to Lewis. his only cross lead to a goal, but then, he made no dribbling, no cross,…. sucks!
