I entered the flow state was like 2weeks ago but it was the last time that i entered because i entered flow state 5 to 6 times before but just talk about the last one that i felt magically so that time my opponent team scored and when i look at my teammate's face they all were sad then i said to my seft "I need to do it" after the kick up my teamate pass the ball to me and then the magic is come there are 2 defender come to me and i dribbling pass them without thinking and after that i dribbling pass 3 to 4 defenders again but when i entered the flow state i didn't remember that moment at all it was just like magical and i don't know how to the flow state again. I really want to enter that moment again but i also good at dribbling without flow sate but i still want to enter the flow state because it was felt magical, the body feint and everything just pull out by its selt and felt effortlessly. I would love to hear some tips from you guys. And just don't care about the profile i'm a boy i just use my sister phone to comment😉❤ (sorry for my english)

  2. I entered flow state 1 and a half years ago (I think). I was to hot to handle. 3 games, 3 goals. One a banger, One a sweet header and the other a tiki taka tap in. I was making passes left and right. My dribbling was insane, I was wiggling in between tight spaces but now I have lost all of my confidence.

I've entered flow state consistently without even knowing it was a thing, my skill level and senses sharpened to the maximum of my potential, and sometimes without thinking, I would notice what my opponent was trying to do, and react immedietly with explosive speed, when i was pressed inbetween two defenders jockeying me, i ran up close to them and once they made a move, (which they made an accidental mistake by going for the ball at the same time) I used the split second of time that i had to do a skkill move and i did a step over and ran past them with my speed, and also, once your in the state, your completely focused, once you start thinking of something else during the state, it completely goes, which is why meditation and managing dopamine is a complete NECESSARITY if you want to hit flow state consistantly. so to sum it up, when your in flow state, if you look back and realise (man i was in flow state cooking absolutely everybody) you cant remember what you thought that moment. and the dopamine managing that you should do, it comes in handy with adrenaline, if your a real baller, once your in flow state with your dopamine levels perfect, its like your on adrenaline, because u cant stop running, and you dont feel tired, and you repeat it again and again and again, until yu get distracted again. so yea. this is to sum up how i feel during flow state (which i somehow achieve every day despite playing fortnite for 2hrs then playing xd.

  4. One time I entered the flow state but it wasn't in football. It was when I was writing a esay. I thought of a theme then just started writing without thinking, and I finished two 50,000 character esay in 1 hour and when I finished it felt like i just started.

    Tip : when you enter the flow state you don't Even see the ball you only see the players and control the field it's like unlocking meta vision

  6. I entered flow state in a 4 – 0 win. I usually played In CM but I had to play in LW and I cooked. I provided many good passes and even an assist. I didn’t score but when I provide an assist and multiple good passes I feel really good.
