      I agree with Redknapp with a lot he’s saying but not when he’s saying Macca went Madrid and won 2 champions leagues… Trent has already won 1 here… why can’t he win 1 more here in the next 5 years and have the same as Macca already, so not a valid point for him to leave n go there… if he fancies a new challenge then yeah I wish him all the best… gutted to see him leave YNWA

      Steven Gerrard has got to be one of the most overrated players in history.. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player.. but the way some people talk about him, you'd think he's one of the greatest midfielders ever

      Rednapp if Liverpool renew the contracts and spend 150m on Gordon and Rodrygo we definitely be better than Madrid Mbappe Vini Rodrigo playing together we never go for extraordinary things why we let Mane go ?

      Redknapp saying "how can you turn Real Mardrid down"… because we're competing with them as the best team in Europe right now?
      This season they're 2 points away from being knocked out in the 1st phase of the champions league- Liverpool are top of that table, 3 points clear from Reals biggest rival

      What Redknapp is forgetting is that prophetic Klopp saying "Stay here and they will end up building a statue in your honour. Go somewhere else and you will be just another player.”
      A scouse lad who can be the next captain to lift a champions league or premier league trophy for Liverpool…..or just another guy in the queue for Real Madrid

      Redknapp is just naive thinking that the world is sunshine and rainbows. Such a naive mindset to think Liverpool fans will be satisfied with TAA leaving for a free.

      The problem Trent has is Liverpool are looking really good under Slot, better than Madrid who need a bit of a rebuild and probably under a new manager. So if Trent leaves now, it won't be about winning trophies.

      All the other big players who left Liverpool over the years did so to win league titles and champions leagues… and earn more money of course. Trent's only guaranteed the latter at Madrid now and Carragher's right – local Liverpool fans won't forgive him for that.

      TAA has given liverpool his best years, won them trophies, it’s Liverpools fault for this contract situation. Liverpool fans are just selfish if you want him to not leave on a free, he owes u nothing more, u get one career let him leave.
