I don't agree, Nunez gets that pass wrong. He wasn't even under pressure, played a short pass to Ederson. Then with a sudden rush of blood to the head he tried to make amends inadvertently making it worse by giving away a penalty. City keep losing because of repeated individual mistakes.
It was a pretty even game, ~50/50 possession, same amount of shots on goal, and same on target.
But United looked more dangerous when they attacked, while City were slow and cumbersome.
