Martinez's save is somewhat undermined by the sheer number of errors he makes, including for the Forest equaliser today.
Milenkovic is the only player who makes Woods appear short.

Martinez is a fantastic keeper, but that save was luck more than skill. 2 clear fouls against Villa but Forest are really cookin' this season.

Villa are woeful defensively and have been since the end of last season. I'm not surprised we're getting found out more and more in the PL.

That should have been a penalty, but the “throwing the legs out” kind of makes it difficult for the VAR to give it. Obviously looking for a pen, but just stop and appeal for the pen. You’d probably have more chance than throwing your legs out and diving to the floor. Just stop and say “come on ref, he’s pulling me back.”

That save was a good one, but not one out of this world. The ball was at him for Martinez to get to make contact in the first place, so it was a good stop, just that. That said, while Villa took the lead well, they should have had a penalty when Anderson was left by Rogers and Anderson tugged him back in the box. How was that not given, again, VAR. Inconsistent.
Credit to Forest, they had a goal chalked for offside and continued. They smelt blood, and Champions League chasing Villa got made to look 2nd best by a side glowing above them. Juggernaut Milenkovic, potential captain, superb header, and Anderson again fouled Cash for the winner, lucky boy.
Well taken goals, both of which made the 'best goalkeeper in the world' look wanting.

Villa fan here… I absolutely loved this game, I know we lost but this was a decent game of football. Villa need to sharpen up at the back I must admit but we look dangerous on the attack. Forrest are doing great, good to see them competing for a top finish.
