  1. Excellent content Rob! Thanks.
    I run 5kms in the heat and humidity and since I have only been running about once every two weeks lately my heart rate is way higher + I push myself competing with fitter guys. I'm 61 πŸ˜‚.
    I will do more walking. Not sleeping enough is my main issue now. Not prioritising sleep.
