In the early part of his tenure ETH talked the talk and came across really well about the "process" he was embarking on. I was pretty confident that we had our man to finally turn the club around. But 2 years on ETH was still talking the talk with not much happening on the pitch. Confidence waned in him and he had to go.
Fast forward to now and Ruben, again, is a great guy, like ETH, and he took us talking a good talk about the path we must take. I love Ruben and really hope he can do something with this set of players. I just pray that in 2 years time, at the end of his contract, that we see a lot more progress than what ETH gives us.
