I see a lot of skepticism about signing Gakpo online but I think one of the worst things we can do as a fanbase is be overly critical when he hasn’t even had all the signings he wants. Let’s just sit back and let Ten Hag cook before we complain about the dish!
He can play all four attacking positions my only concern is if United are willing to spend the money because last season in January we spent nothing and we barely got Europa League
I trust Ten Hag, so far every player he asked has been pretty good, no more flops like Bissaka, Maguire or Fred, still, i´d rather a proper striker.

Gakpo is not top level either, he will be a bench player and I have a feeling, just like Rashford he will end up better on the LEFT.
I think this will not be a first teamer in the long run. We're better off buying a proper striker.

He's aggressive, hard-working and a better finisher than Rashford for now, besides can play on the right …unlike Rashford so his adaptability is a weapon to have.

United are dying for a de jong kind of player…..that’s the most critical…..imo…..If Gapko comes the player who will lose is Anthony….because when martial is fit it would be rashford martial and gapko front 3.
Cody Gakpo reminds me of Ruud Gullit. Gullit could do everything. He could play left wing, right wing or through the centre and is comfortable with both feet, scoring and creating lots of goals.

Man U have many wingers already, he would fit better in Man City, they do need a left winger, he can keep up with Haaland and create for him
Your right Cody is like Kaka. Icl i would put gakpo at CF and slap martial on the LW. I think martial plays his best football on the wings because he’s a pure dribbler that cuts in well like robben. A front 3 of: martial-gakpo-Antony is lethal

He played most of his career as winger. Usining him as No.9 in this level is really huge gamble.
Gakpo doesn't have the physicality to play in the Premier league as a winger or a striker maybe he can make it as a number 8 bust that position is stacked already at United

Most overrated player at the world cup. Gakpo is just Rashford with tech and better game intelligence. I dont know why ten Hag is so obsessed with this guy. There are better proper strikers out there whp we should target.
He's a captain too. If we were just noticing him now I'd more doubtful but we wanted him even before everything started turning to gold for him. Get him in!

He's good but nothing near Kilvert and Van Nistelroy. Not much top strikers available these days. Most of them are under big contracts at top clubs. United are going to struggle bigtime
