Can I just bring up that 2-minute Darwin Nunez madness from a good challenge on Doku, 2 corner clearances, another good tackle then going in on Walker from 2 metres away and almost winning the ball.
The amount of work he does is insane on and off the ball.
He gets a lot of unfair hate. This man was unlucky not to score against Madrid and he put the work in.
He put the work in again today. He singlehandedly won for us against Newcastle last season.
But he gets hate as he’s been unlucky a few times in front of goal. The armchair experts don’t recognise the work he does and it’s infuriating.
If Liverpool ever sell Darwin Nunez the fans will protest the man loves every inch of this club we don’t care if he can’t score.

The job of a number 9 is scoring goals. He is not a bad player but not good enough for the PL top 10 clubs.
