Hello and welcome back to the Lowdown where today Dougie Critchley and Michael McCubbin are joined by Sky Sports’ Senior Football Journalist Pete Smith to discuss Liverpool’s excellent start to the season and the futures of their out of contract superstars.
The Reds find themselves in the unique position of several of their best players, namely Mo Salah, Virgil Van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, being out of contract at the same time, meaning they could all leave for free this summer.

And finally whether Spurs’ Pedro Porro or Germany superstar Joshua Kimmich would be best suited to Trent Alexander-Arnold’s role?
