Timber was amazing and is REALLY important.. But claiming him being the most important, thats weird… You clearly ahve soemthing against Ødegaard, who truly is the most important player of the team

On the contrary I am beginning to see the potential for a frustrating performance to come out of Calafiori. At times he seems to make the wrong decision to overcommit and doesn't display as much defensive intelligence on the left flank. I saw Sporting pass around him when he tries to press.
I dont doubt that unlike Zinny he has all the attributes to be a defensive beast but I'm hoping it will be a manner of working with the team more and training under Arteta that would either allow the team to know when to cover his weaknesses or see him improve overall in said defensive intelligence.
I am also dying to see his unique abilities like the central underlap all the way to an offensive position which confuses opponents. I think to achieve that we need to see Gabriel out for a game. Not wishing this but I am really eager to see it played on paper
Timber body feint is unreal
I always feel we are safe with Timber in the team especially in big games. We should have won Man city amd Liverpool if he was still on the pitch

For me it was Thomas. He saved the defenders alot when the opp. high pressd us at our half in our possesion.

Nice click bait, but truly Timber synergizes from that Saka-Ødegaard triangle. Without a doubt, we have the best defensive depth when fully fit; Timber and Calafiori share great ball carrying which unlocks more pockets/lines when our probing gets stale.
