David Sullivan is willing to sell Guido Rodriguez in the January transfer window, despite joining West Ham United in the summer on a free transfer from Real Betis. The Argentinian midfielder was a signing chosen by Head Coach Julen Lopetegui.

I feel as if we're, or the management are missing a trick with the way we can set up. Would you guys consider putting Souchek up top? Sounds mad, however, how many times have we used another player from another position to fill that role? Not saying its right, however whilst Fullkrug isnt playing or doesn't play, i feel as if he will give us the best chance of holidng the ball up, up top and also winning the flick ons for the runs in behind from supporting players. He isnt going to be going missing off out on the wing somewhere like Antonio does which leaves us with no problem to the oppositions defence. He probably also offers the greatest goal threat currently for aggressive balls in the box. Get the ball wide and get it in there, and let him cause the defenders issues. Have players like Kudus or even Danny Ings playing the fox in the box role. I'd also be shifting west ham back to a back 3, with Kilman, Todibo & AWB, because AWB cant go forward and has formed no partnership with Bowen, however defending he is great 1v1. So if we get countered or midfield goes missing, there are three there to try and thwart the attack/counter attack. Emerson & Coufal as wing backs, especially as Coufals deliveries into the box over the years he's been with us has got him assists, Alvarez & Paqueta in front of the back 3, one to mop up (and not get sent off) and the other for a transitional pass to the supporting wide players in Bowen & Summerville… So something like this…

Rodriguez is a technical player not playing in the wrong league but playing for the wrong team. They are players of his ilk, playing well in the Prem Frankie.
We can not carry on playing the way we are!! We are far too open and exposed. Promote Irving into the midfield and keep it simple. Any other coach would improve us over Loppy.
Let's admit it. We are members of a circus and tin pot club. Not luck. Brighton doing it for to long now.

Guido probably sees how well Betis are doing at the moment. They're only 4 points off 4th in La Liga & could get into Europe again. We probably won't see European football again in a long time.

Geo you said if Guido was 8m we wouldn’t have signed him as he has no pace, we’ve spent 25m on a striker with no pace and a poor injury record….we obviously didn’t do our due diligence on either player and whether they are up to the rigours of premier league football ….the answer is clearly not
The Prem league is the fastest and most interesting league to watch but its not the best technical league so it doesn't suit all players. Good luck to him if he wants to return to the Spanish league but we have every right to get a sale fee considering & his agent signing on fees
Great shows you geo and frankie . No disrespect to gonzo as when he cuts out his rambling his views are not bad to listen too. But you two geo and frankie are made for a great show . Yes sullivan needs to go and all will become so much better at the club. New top coach and owners is the answer asp.
