City said right from the beginning if the PL rushed through new APT rules and they felt they were still illegal it would just end up back in court. The reason the PL left it a few weeks will have been to let clubs such as the red cartel let the PL know what limitations they wanted in place and work between them to concoct a wording that looks different but is essentially what they had and what they want.
If we had lost the case Lord Pannick I think would be putting together our appeal now not taking on another case ?
