The year before Atlanta went through 3 different quarterbacks in a season. Had bobby petrino quit halfway through the year, than in the offseason they released like 11 starters and started to rebuild. The fact that matt ryan and michael turned turned them around in a single season to being a playoff team and barely losing to the superbowl team cardinals just shows how special matt ryan was. Defense let them down that year.
