I don’t think it would be a Julien Faunery situation. Aguerd is a good player. The only place he had some difficulty was with us, and that had as much to do with us being crap as it did with him not suiting the style of the league. What I will criticize him for his for kind of quitting on us during the season. He slowed his play down , dropped his head and wore his frustration on his sleeve. Not the way to go about your business.

The common denominator in the likes of Aguerd, Kehrer, Haller, Scamacca, Anderson… being crap is West Ham. All of them stopped being crap when they stopped playing for us. Aguerd was one of the top defenders at the last World Cup and is currently rated one of the best in Spain – why wouldn't Real Madrid be interested, especially as we'd probably sell him cheap. His only career mis-step was signing for us, ditto Kehrer who's now Monaco captain and scored the winner for them in the Champions league last week. All of them (bar Kehrer) defo had an attitude problem when playing for us, but maybe that was cos they quickly realised they'd signed onto a shitshow

I'm with Aguerd running from the PL , cuz even if you do good in the PL you'll be blamed of others mistakes cuz you're not European, Latin or Brazilian, and WH sending him for loan is a big fact.
For me west-ham it a bad club for nayef aguerd,and aguerd is a bad player for west-ham
