I always had this believe Hansi Flick was the right guy for Barca. I love Xavi. He is one of my idols but i knew Hansi Flick will bring high speed football like he did at Bayern. Barca has alot of talents and he knows how to give them the opportunities to show their talent.

Flick is doing a wonderful job, after all, he did not come in finding a new set of strikers for him to work with, they are all the guys that were there in the prior season. Barça is one of the most cash-stricken teams right now. But contrary to Real Madrid that seems to be able to fulfill any coach's wish buying top level players, Barça deserves the recognition for their internal program producing a greater part of this now wonderfully performing team.
