Whereas Gerard Martin on the other hand is extremely vulnarable player in Offside trap tactics and also loses the possesion really easily. His passes are quite average, reminds me of marcos alonso days. Remember against Osasuna, we lost 4-2 and we could have lost more since he lost possesion at key areas. If you wanna play Martin, then please not with offside trap tactics. He is slow to recover
Inaki pena should try saving goals man, you cannot be overreliant on offside tactics. whenever offside trap doesnt work, he has to step up. I get it he saved lots of shots in el clasico including that insane save from Jude's tap in but all the remaining save of mbappe shots were absolute straight fowards saves and Pena was lucky. 2nd goal was foolishly conceeded thanks to jules's bad defending and inaki's less height, szcezney may have saved that but Pena has to work on 1 on 1 scenarios

De Jong is Xavi's player. Unlike others he chose not to adapt to Flick's vision. He doesn't show a lot of effort on the ball to outplay the opponents: he just does what he's told. As a Captain he sucks.

The last time Frenkie came back from injury and put his foot in a proper tackle he was back injured again. Frenkie ankle isn’t 100% so don’t expect to see him bring maximum intensity and running into strong tackles. Anyone who has had those injuries know. Just a quick change in direction, a twist and that ankle is gone. He needs to strengthen that ankle and it takes time to regain confidence in that ankle.

I thought Frenkie played fine for his first starting game of the season. In reality he just needs to adapt a bit to the current play style and play just a bit more vertical and he’d be up to par with the team’s expectations.

I absolutely loved Lamine Yamal in this game I have never seen him run and move like that, he looked like a man possessed.
