Barcelona has the same squad as last season, arguably a worse squad on paper since now we don't have Cancelo and Felix so no proper depth for the fullback positions or left winger position and they are best team in the world this season. All because of the immense trust and confidence that Flick has for his players. He has unlocked players like Raphinha, Peña, a declining Lewandowski and Iñigo by putting all his trust in them. He's like a good teacher who not only teaches class material to his students but also helps them and pushes them to do better, and it's importance cannot be overstated.
