Hwang Hee Chan (Korean 황희찬; January 26, 1996, Chuncheon, Republic of Korea) is a South Korean footballer, striker for the English club Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Republic of Korea national team.
Hwang is a graduate of the South Korean club Pohang Steelers.
In 2015 he moved to the Austrian Red Bull club. Initially, Hwang played for the Bulls farm club – the Liefering team, in which he managed to score 30 goals in 31 matches. Hwan’s debut for the main team took place on December 6, 2015 in the match against Mattersburg.
On August 31, 2018, the footballer was loaned to the German club Hamburg. On September 18, 2018, in the match against Dynamo Dresden, the player scored his first goal for the new club, the match ended with a score of 0: 1.
On July 8, 2020, Hwang moved to RB Leipzig. The contract is for 5 years.
