Let's not rush. Wait until March April. I always would have given him an extension, I'm not surprised about His form, still unsure about RB . We can't loose both he and Jorginho at the same time. Replace them one at a time…Arteta can ask Thomas to whisper in the ear of his Ghanaian countryman Mohammed Kiddus.😊
TP5 is a good player, but will be hard to replace. DR41 is industrious, and we saw that against LIV but he does not have that little extra flair to turn a defender or feint his way out of a press, before releasing a forward pass. If we are going to replace Partey, it would have to be a special player. I'd be considered crazy, but Zinchenko is the closest. Defensive, creative, has flair. A ready made stop-gap.
