Iliman N’Diaye was a box of tricks once again on Saturday afternoon. He looked lively throughout against Ipswich Town, running at defenders, and was quick to capitalise on Wes Burns’ hesitation at the back post and smash the ball into the roof of Arijanet Muric’s net to fire Everton ahead at Portman Road.

In the latest Royal Blue podcast, the lads discuss whether the senegalese international can keep up his quick start for the Blues for the remainder of the season.

  1. Don't get this fellas hesitancy or should I say negatively? Any footy fan can spot quality through a players balance etc.
He cleared off the line a couple of weeks ago, he's the real deal. His body language is exceptional and doesn't want the team sitting back waiting for the oposition to score.
BTW itim is a quality player and you will see this once dyche has gone.
As for comparison with Kevin Langley it's a non comparison. I was friend with Langley at latics when he moved, Howard bought him as a squad player when wigan was barely a professional set up playing in the mud at Springfield park. Kevin got bad injuries which was good for me cos that meant we could use his tickets into the players bar etc. NDIAYE is the real deal playing under a manager who is forced into playing him and can't wait to take him off so McNeil can stroll around like a 3 legged shire horse for the last 30 mins… COYB🤟

  2. Considering we sold Gordon for 45 ndiaye is an absolute steal who is twice the player going forward and defensively…
We need to find another player like this for the other side because Harrison does nothing
