On another note, when will Newcastle United ownership reveal the plans for the January transfer window? Newcastle look as far from the "Richest Club in the World" as me. We all know the EPL or whoever is in charge of these pathetic "fair play" rules has to go and be deleted from the annals of our beloved sport, on account of it only applying to certain targeted clubs. For more than a decade Newcastle United didn't buy anyone of relevance, how can we now be in danger of violating the stupid thing? Manchester City, United, Chelsea (how many teams did these guys this year alone?), yet Newcastle can't buy players? how does this make any sense? Kick these FA creeps out of my former game, bring back The English Game instead of this FIFA filth, and make the ownership live up to our expectations. Newcastle looks almost as poor as under the previous owner, who shall remain unmentioned. What was all the drama about the Saudi takeover about? Is HRH going to permit his Vessels to have more successful clubs than His? Everyone seems to have no problem spending.
We have afew good players hamstrung by more average ones. Need to replace Murphy, Almiron, Burn, Schar, Longstaff, Wilson, Trips, Targett and Isak(he wont hang around for mid table). All have been good servants but we need quality and speed. Almiron should start on right for the interim, much better than Murphy, Gordon and Barnes share the left.
Crap Chris Wood score 2 goals and has played all of Forrest 8 games,we did not use him properly with winger who could not cross ball and Anderson assisted

I liked chris wood i thought he brought something that we lack now and thats a presence in set plays and our conversion rate was heaps better when he was involved he might not of always scored but we were deffo more threatening when hes was utilized for set plays. He also would run his arse off. We dont have that option tactically any more. Isak refuses to use his head. The fan base ripped him a new arsehole. Id have him back like, especially now with wilson.
It must be more frustrating for Wilson than it is for us fans but pleeeze get rid, just get rid and move on.
So is Will Osuna being prepped as Wilson's replacement? No!…..So what was Howe's back up to Wilson. Nobody knows. How did it come to this? Nobody knows. Unless we get players scoring goals we simply have a mid table team going nowhere. Unless something changes, Howe's 3rd season at Newcastle will be his last.

Understand Wilson may upset fans with his lack of games, but your a bit harsh on him. I've had muscular issues for years around the whole of my body all linked to a back problem, I'm at the stage where I'm worried about keeping my job, house and health and mind to be honest. Wilsons certainly got to have the best of treatments possible but until you've gone through issues like he's having then maybe comment on it? Cheers

The team was simply not prepared personal wise for this season . There are reasons for that of course it still hurts we had to sell Minteh and Anderson for BS reasons . Several positions have no depth at all and the team is one or two injuries away from a disaster.
Get all these deadwood sold or there contract termiated, give the youth a chance, isak doesnt wanna play for us wilsons injured give young osula a chance let him prove himself would do a better job than isak at the minute

I think Isak and several other players have mentally written NUFC off as a team going nowhere and ITS laughable to hear some of the pundits predicting silverware 😂 this season. The team looked FLAT AS A FART on opening day against Southampton and with few exceptions nothing to pin our hopes on going forward. Our pathetic pursuit of Marc Huey Guehi was embarrassing and shows a complete lack of top class management required at the Premiership level. As of today we are in 9 th spot in the table with 4 teams capable of moving above us over the weekend should we loose to Chelsea on Sunday.
