Silva will NOT drop Pereira. Period! Blame the manager for not changing the midfield at halftime and allowing Villa to continue dominating midfield. Bad management! Jack S, your comments are spot on!
Why play Berge or ESR atall saturday they had real stinkers not the first time either.
Give the squad players a chance may make them both think more effort is needed to play for Fulham..in ESR's case anyway, gifted has huge potential, a proven history & a bright future (happy with him just needs a kick up the bum 😅)
As for Berge just not good enough not impressed so far, always off the pace, plays the short easy ball even that doesn't come off sometimes & cannot defend be nice to see a tackle go in from him. Could be fitness with them both but we are 8 games in now pre-season excuses running thin.
Ok Andrea's missed a pen he shouldn't of taken, Raul more or less won it anyway, is on fire has an amazing pen record that's on Silva not Pereira think he put himself under pressure with the Pen spat before.
Andrea's again just needs a talking too, trying to do too much bad decisions & gives the ball away when he goes headless also he should share around set piece options more again maybe that's on silva, but he does put a shift in would sooner have him playing 100% than others, understand the frustrations with him had it myself😅, short memory's we have first season he was great.
Why not mix it up play Iwobi Cairney Andrea's in the middle or even reed for Cairney, all are pretty solid, all can support Raul, then play Nelson on the left & Adama on the right for width, then later in the game bring ESR on if need be plenty of options on the bench.
That's my take after watching the last run of games we always seem a man light when Berge plays not convinced,Just gutted Lukic is injured player of the season along with Andersen Adama Robinson & Raul who always put in a good effort whether playing well or not.
Come on you whites ps think we will beat Everton 2-1 just hope Diop doesn't drop any clangers😅
Chaos against Villa, against Everton Silva needs to tidy things up a bit.
A lot of the players will want to put up a better performance I believe.
