Caicedos’s injury was as a result of him having to cover more grass and do half of Enzo’s Job. When have we seen that Lazy brat “Enzo” sweat on the pitch ? When have we seen him literally giving blood sweat and tears. He does a complete 20 yard pass and he is walking or ball watching the rest of the day. I have never seen him loosing the ball and pressing real hard to get it back. Honestly , I think we should count our loss with Enzo

Enzo is a good player. The system or just where his played is wrong. Enzo needs to play with wide men like Mudryk or Pedro Neto on the flanks. Which are runners and not possession obsesse. So drop Enzo far back to make over the top passes to break loose the wide men
Let's remember that Caicedo is no slouch going forward either. He's made loads of intelligent passes and has quite a few assists to his name for a player most neutrals would wrongly label a "destroyer". Lavia would give Caicedo license to get forward more and based on recent appearances, Caicedo has been just as good on the ball as Enzo, if not better.

Enzo is the nearest player type to a toni kross or cesc fabregas, so he has other work to do what you describe, we all know that Enzos best attributes are his passes, if Enzo would played for City or Arsenal, there would not be this type of a conversation

Come on, you say that Enzo is not good. First, as an influencer, you should get to know the player you have. How many times has he played in your position this season? Lavia and Caicedo play in their positions and that's why they're doing well. Enzo is always put in a position that doesn't favor him. We bought him because, just like at Benfica and the Argentine national team, he plays as a defensive midfielder and not as an attacking midfielder. Until he starts in his position, you can't say he's not good. Stop creating rivalry on this network to generate clicks. We need all the players this season. Do you really want to discard players at the beginning of the season? Be more responsible.

Enzo is a very good player, the problem is that the PL exposes his weaknesses. He’d be better in La Liga or Bundesliga
He hasn't been consistently good for a long long time. He's a good passer but not exceptional, doesn't score goals, doesn't create enough and gets bypassed far too easily. Atm he's not worth more than 40 mil max
I think there’s a time and a place for Enzo. Against a low block, I’d prefer Enzo. He’s not the same level of passer, but it could be like what we had with Fabregas. When we’re struggling to break a team down, have him come in and see if he can find that killer pass
I really wanted Enzo to work out at Chelsea ( as I’m sure all Chelsea fans did ) but he hasn’t, and he’s had plenty of game time since joining us ( considering he played most of last season with an injury ) maybe he hasn’t fully recovered from that and I would be inclined to give him more time, but without doubt Caicedo and Lavia are better than Enzo at this moment in time. It’s worth remembering that Caicedo was bad for us when we first signed him, now he’s one of the first names in the starting 11, I do think he should be dropped in favour of Lavia and brought on as a sub in games we’re winning and playing as a 6, he’s wasted playing in any other position IMO
Enzo needs SOLD; he is not going to adapt to the Prem because he is simply too weak and is not finding a way around that fact to become effective. Passenger Fernandez. SELL.
I am also irritated that we keep having players in our side that create doublework for our capable players (Caicedo, Kante, etc.). We should be looking to maintain Caicedo’s health, not run him into the dirt by age 28.
I agree 💯 %, Lavia and Caicedo are definitely our best midfielders at the moment, Caicedo has been brilliant all season and Lavia is playing like he was never out injured, he really looks like an excellent midfielder and at the end of the day this is football and is about winning games so you have to put your best players on the pitch, there’s no room for sentiment, Enzo needs to be benched and he’ll have to try force his way back into the team by training hard and impressing when he does play. Look how Sterling was treated, should be no different for Enzo, though Enzo is much younger and could become one of the best midfielders in the league, Sterling at his age isn’t going to get any better. Enzo’s only decent game for Chelsea was last season opener against Liverpool at the Bridge. Since then he has been pathetic. When he got dropped and was replaced by Gallagher, Chelsea went on a winning run under Poch last season
