Clarke and his team raised the issue of the gloves at the glove selection. Fly Gloves are literally banned by the WBC. People acting like this is some conspiracy invented by Ben Shalom are very clueless.
People just run away with narratives, there's nothing to sue Ben for, Ben didn't say the gloves were illegal, he said Frazer's team and someone on the medical team weren't happy with Fabio's custom gloves, so they questioned it at the rules meeting as they are supposed to do, even Fabio's manager confirmed that Angel Fernadez wasn't happy with the gloves and asked the board to look at them again, if there was no issue then why did an experienced trainer like Angel want the gloves checked again? Yeah maybe Ben shouldn't have brought it up and shouldn't have used the word "investigation" but the gloves were checked again because Frazer's team were concerned about the gloves, all this suing nonsense is pathetic really.
Ben Shalom said, Angel Fernandez Had concerns about the Gloves and He doesn’t like FLY Gloves before the Fight! Also, the Surgeon in Saudi Arabia said that No Gloves should be able to do that sort of damage! So in my opinion, that’s more than reckless and i think Ben knew exactly what he was saying, so Frank and the Owner of FLY Gloves should be Angry about it and there should be legal repercussions until things are sorted out to their satisfaction? 🤔🤷♂️

The gloves manufacturers FLY have allegedly sent a writ to boxxer/ shalom ?? the comments can seriously damage FLY reputation in the industry. Best way is to apologise in a letter & publicly then move on

Why do non of these interviewers inc Gareth not listen. The original statement from Shalom was " the doctors enquired if the gloves lining/padding was sufficient " , there was no finger pointing . It does seem in " some " instances, the boxing community is really hard on Shalom . Yes he's a bit of a p#ssy , but there is some bias going on for Frank and Eddie . Shalom needs to dig in , but check his ststements before he opens his mouth. Live n learn , live n learn

Glad to see people in the comments able to comprehend what Shalom said unlike these two clowns, on a heavily weighted Queensbury friendly channel. Clearly doing all the bidding they can to upset the new kid on the block along with Frank and Eddie. I don't really care for Shalom either, he's in the middle of crap too at times, with fighters making their way to his stable whilst under contract, but it's just so obvious for anyone with half a brain to see what is happening here.

I’ve never understood the reason for secrecy around boxing pressers (what they talked about happening on Wednesday)… surely the whole point of a presser is to give the fight as much exposure/marketing as possible?! We all know it’s the Fury – Usyk 2 presser anyway, which is a fight that’s already announced, so why the secrecy??🤦♂️🤦♂️
