Acosta redeemed himself after many poor games. He was very Kante-lite in the final.

I’ve never been a big fan of Acosta but he impressed me in the gold cup especially the final. I think he deserves a spot in the midfield rotation as a bench player

Disagree with Herc on Shaq Moore. He had a very good tournament and I can't really think of a bad game by Moore thru out the tournament. Acostas was great but he had some shaky games in the group stage and was part of a midfield that created nothing for our forwards. Btw who know who slowed down Buchanan that they had to make him drift to the middle and to the other side just to avoid his defending…..That would be Moore. Btw Buchanan is about to be sold to Club Brugge, dude is a baller. Mori at the 9 is a joke, I would have gone with Ali

Did Herc only watch Mexico games? 5 Mexicans in the top 11? they were 4-1-1 in the tournament, US went 6-0-0.
