Cristiano Ronaldo managed it in 2020 when he played for Juventus in Italy. In 2024, Lionel Messi, Harry Kane, Neymar, Kevin de Bruyne, Virgil van Dijk, Thomas Muller, Karim Benzema, Lautaro Martinez, Antoine Griezmann and Marco Verratti have all been nominated.
