Best Point they made was that some players will be starting some will come off bench. Just making the 25 ( or is it 26 ) to be on England National Team is an achievement itself. After that then it doesn't matter how many personal awards and/or trophies won at their club. Its about figuring out who play the best together as the starters, and who is better coming in as a Sub? A good player thats not regarded as a star player may be chosen for the team (someone every fan will say they don't belong on the team) because they control the tempo at the 8 or any position & compliment the other players so the Team performs at its best and Wins! Is Trent the best defensive RB? No but he’s shown willing to try and do better this season. He can get caught out but he's made an effort to improve his spatial awareness and get the right side of his man which is an improvement from a couple seasons ago.
