This channel is very underrated
Xavi came to lead the team in difficult time after Messi era, and took the team to win the league. You have to respect Xavi for leaving by himself when he thought he was not good enough to carry team forward. I don’t understand all the hates he is getting.
Xavi improved the team more than Flick. He took Barça from 9th to second place in a few months, won La Liga and Super cup the next year, and was actually very decent the following year, missing the trophy mainly due to refereeing errors.
Of course, Barça is playing a lot better than it ever did even since Messi left. Let's hope that wasn't just a run of good form. Also, Flick did make one huge mistake with his line-up against Osasuna. He should have placed his best 11 and rested the players a few days later against Young Boys. That could result in Barça being +6pts now.
-Poor training regime under Xavi resulted in drop in quality in the second season.
(Xavi fixed defence one year and than let it got worse the very next year)
(Lewandowski by himself opted for additional training session to bring himself back)
-Xavi was forcing Tiki Taka, he needed attackers who can dribble 3,4 players. Attacking was very predictable and slow.
(Lewy had far less passes and space, he never had to dripple in his whole career under Klopp, Guardiola or Flick as they knew he is the best as finisher)
Xavi was something great it would have been cool to have him now as a assistant coach he didn’t deserve to get sacked yes Flick is a better coach but Xavi was like a lamine Yamal is now they are just starting the big stage
Let's face it guys…. Xavi may not be the best manager in the world but at least he still gave us the hope we all needed than what we wanted during our hardest time as Barça fans and that was still was one of the greatest relief we had despite all the humiliations and mockery we got. Barça now being one European teams at its best form was as a result of the foundation Xavi himself laid for his successor. Let's all thank ourselves for the never ending love and support we gave to this marvelous club.
VISCA BARÇA!!! 🔴🔵❤💙
I'll never disrespect xavi n downplay what he did when our club was in disarray, the likes of reviving of La Masia talents….
what he said about competing with madrid showed his weak mentality as a barca manager, its time to see what Flick can do
Respect Xavi
Xavi did a fantastic job in his time in Barcelona saved Barcelona from being humiliated won La liga and gave us champions league football while being brutally criticized things don’t always pan out in football but Xavi kept the club alive in the dark times and left a good set up for flick
Losing 5-3 to villareal after making an amazing remontada at home.
Conceding 8 goals from both legs to Girona.
Humilated by PSG because he decided to take Yamal out (at home).
Humilated by a weak side inter in champions league.
Humilated by real madrid 3 times (twice in league and once in cup).
Humilated by Bilbao 4-2 in the cup.
Xavi is a sh** coach
Why don’t you compare Flick with Koeman, Quique or Valverde ? Xavi came when it was a shambles and he really did a good job !
Araujo Sacked Xavi
fc Barcelona ❤❤
Bro, try using a mic you will regret every video you are recording without mic, and well done🤍
Flick is the ultimate upgrade we needed. He'll make Barca great again 🗿
FCB= Fc Bayern
remember xavi is the only coach who used to protest against refereeing injustice and get booked every match
It feels great when you are winning, with Xavi – it was the same thing in the beginning. However, you can do only so much with an injured squad, like we saw what happened with Osasuna when you use youngsters that are not ready but pushed to play big football. But still though to be honest – the biggest flex Barca has right now is the "La Masia", for which neither Xavi nor Hansi is responsible. That being said, you can see the two different styles of play and as a Barca fan you want to see this attacking football, so I'm glad to see Hansi, but I will never forget how Xavi set the pillars of this team with – Gavi, Pedri, Yamal, Cubarsi, Fort, Casado and so on.
Great video, wish you all the best! 🙂
respect for xavi for even winning the league
Xavi could not carry the team any further, he was too inexperienced a manager.
Xavi wasn't even that bad, even in his worst season ridden with dressing room rebellion led by Lewandowski and injuries he still finished 2nd with 85 points..
Xavi passionately wanted his old Barcelona back but the current players simply could not play that style that's why he went to La Masia looking for talent and found the likes of Cubarsi, Yamal, Fort who unfortunately were too young and not ready..
If Xavi had the financial backing like if Barcelona was not in financial mess am confident he would have won something big just look at his first season when had the likes of Jordi Alba, Busquets, Dani Alves, Pique etc, he battered Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid like they were nothing and that's what he could have achieved with top players who understand his system.
Everybody that has followed Raph already knew he could play on the lw, xavi gets no credit for that. He failed in every other regard of getting the best out of raph and the other players. Seemed busquets was the only player that xavi got the best out of
Xavi build a team and now flick is leading this team to success 💙❤️
Difference between Xavi and Hansi is that, Xavi believe in outdated Barcelona DNA style of football which is slow horizontal attacking ball possession, that is why Barcelona attacking was predictable and our opponents would just seatback low block waiting for Barcelona players to lose ball possession and counterattack us. Xavi didn't believe in intensity for 90 minutes physicality instead he believed in technical aspects of football yet football has evolved. Under Xavi, Barcelona players will get tired after 60 minutes and many coaches knew that weaknesses. With Hansi, it's a different story. He want intensity, speed and physicality. His team should attack and defend as a unit ,he doesn't rely on individual player brilliance.
imagine where Barca would be if Flick joined in 2021 instead of Xavi
Hey can you make steven Gerrard vs frank lampard vs paul scholes vs Beckham vs kdb ?? Who is the goat midfielder for you in premier league?
Hating Xavi and loving Barcelona at the same time is not possible
🎉just that flick is has more experience and tactics more than xavi , i think xavi is till learning .
It was too early to come to Barcelona i think … But xavi will soon make a great coach ❤
