He needs time. The team did not perform much different and it will not for a bit. He just took charge. And if we account for the fact that he sees them only once every 3 months or so, we may not see real change until next year

Pepi comes in basically is playing more defensively and he gets a chance and scores. I was hoping to see Pepi get a start vs Mexico. Sargent had a chance to show if he can be in the top 2 F and he didn’t do much. Sargent is more of a sub for defensive and placing pressure on the opponents when needed but Pepi IQ to be or move in the right place to have a chance to score is what makes him a good choice as the # 2 or even # 1 if FB don’t produce.
The team looked at times good and others not so good , the players will in due time learn the system and Poch will adapt to the players , it’s going to take time. What you want to see is the play be at a better level within the next 6 games to come.
