  1. Possibility of Neil Jobe or Rigg being sold makes Hendo move feasible.. personally I want all of those to stay.. but, if one goes then definitely hendo.. lots of moving parts atm

  2. He's not performing at the best team in the eredivise which is a pretty similar level to the championship. Personally I wouldn't have him love the lad, just think he's past it.

  3. Personally I think with the midfielders we have & with Browne's experience that Jordan Henderson would be a bit of a luxury. That said, I think he'd be great for the dressing room & for the young players in particular. With the wages that he's been on the last decade Speakman will probably insist that Henderson pays us for the privilege of re-joining the club 🤣

  4. I think he might want to come back for next to nothing wages, play just for the love of the club, its always good to have a player who isnt there for the money but because he loves the club, and
hes maybe thinking of coming back to sunderland with a future management role in mind

  5. Hendo was captaining Liverpool to Premier League and Champions League trophies a couple of years ago. Riddled with experience and a proper, proper leader. Baffles my head how people say they wouldn’t have him. If he’d take a decent drop in wages I’d snap your hand off for him. HWTL 🔴⚪️

  6. He can’t come back as a player, his return only can be as a club ambassador as was Bally
Hendo can’t be allowed to challenge the team a brought on player once and again but not asa main player
We can’t allow what he has achieved in his career and the heart to think he is the messiah

  7. I do think Henderson would be good t bring the young lads on & hopefully he will get a coaching job at at the end of his career but like you said his wages will be the stumbling block 👍

  8. In my opinion no.Past his best. They were glad he left at Liverpool my mates a big Liverpool fan.Said all he did was pass the ball sideways the majority of the time.We need to stick with what we have as the young kids deserve there chance with game time.

  9. Hendo would be a good addition for premier league promotion Terry, providing we hold onto Rigg and Jobe which I think we will in January 👍🏻

  10. Yes I would love Hendo back at Sunderland, but there is that elephant in the room, where will he fit in, as we already have an abundance or strong midfielder's here.

  11. Hello again Terry. Thanks for the update. Personally, I would love Jordan Henderson back at Sunderland as his experience would certainly be useful for the youngsters but would surely impact positively on the other players too. His wages may be the biggest problem though. If he's on £120,000 a week (that is just obscene mate, it really pisses me off ) then he would have to take a massive reduction, which he might do as his next club will surely be his last. He could apply for his coaching badge with us and develop that career path as well as playing from time to time. My main concern is that we lose Jobe or Rigg in January which we just can't do. Hopefully, there is a place for Hendo. Take care and keep safe. God Bless you mate.

  12. Hope Henderson doesn`t sign . Whose place is he going to take . Grant Leadbitter came back for a swansong but his legs were gone . Hendo is the past Rigg, Jobe, are the future . There`s always Neil`s place of course 🙂 63% is a false figure it was 63% of the actual fans they polled.
