      I've long said the Socceroos always try to dribble the ball over the goal line. I've always said, once in kicking distance of the goal have a shot!! Every player should know their range without "Bresciano-ing" the ball 10 meters over the crossbar. This would quadruple shots on goal and put the opponents defence on high alert adding a lot of pressure. Added bonus is our players are still back far enough to resist any counter attacks. I'd prefer 50 shots at the goal with 0 goals than 10 shots with 0 goals. Better odds.
