this video proves nothing lol don't get me wrong he's good, but this particular video doesn't prove he's the fastest: in the first clips he just received the ball with the defenders away from him or took the ball from players who just slowed down (to improve control I guess) or were slowed down by Darwin himself

There’s one thing I just realised from him is that within his speed he can reach for the ball before the keeper tries to catch it or make a tackle or clear the ball when they rushes off or not and I’ve seen all the team making a pass while he races the ball and does manage to receive the ball and tries to score. Now if they all went in he’ll be where Haaland is right now and could potentially do it maybe next season unless he doesn’t score anymore or have a long term injury
