Jack can't say it because he's still at City but he knows that moving from Villa to City cost him his Euros place because he simply wasn't playing enough at City. This affected his confidence so that when he did play, he wasn't at his best. Also he has not been given the freedom of expression at City that he would have had at Villa and, of course, he will never be loved as much at any other club than Villa and he knows that. It's only a matter of time before Jack comes home. Still love ya Jack….

Grealish says in every interview “when I was at Aston Villa” as a reference, he left Villa 3 years ago now- his games been made to change to suit that system. Everyone knows he’s not as exciting. It is a shame, lockdown Grealish was phenomenal.
