Im die hard liverpool fan ,, My opinion on Trent leaving for Madrid 🤔,, ok i will speak plainly ,, i love Trent ,, but i believe his shooting accurcy could be much better and he needs to add more goals ,, with his passing ability im suprised his shooting accurcy isnt great very wild attempts most of the time Nunez is same and Szoby as well and Gakpo and Diaz and even Salah ,, in my opinion they all need to work on finishing moves , final passes to finish a move ,, and striking the ball acurately at full pace coming onto the ball ,, Trent is no Stevie G when it comes to work rate or shooting accuracy and ability ,, yes hes very good but would be alot better if he could shoot more accurately from anywhere outside or inside the box the same goes for the other names i mentioned ,, a serious lack of accuracy and consistancy in the shooting department ,,, are they good enough to hold the club to ransom on contracts my answer is NO ,, the very best players can pass and shoot from anywhere ,, is my opinion harsh NO its not its realistic and obvious ,,, they can do all other aspects of the game which is great , if they could add my other points i mentioned on a more consistant basis they would be much better and so would the team which is more important . Trent Nunez Salah Gakpo Diaz Szoby Jones Elliot just to start with really need to work on shooting accuracy from anywhere at any given time and have the drive and confidence to do so ,, im sure these players would love to do this for liverpool and the team ,themselves ,eachother ,and so on ,, this would make liverpool a extremely dangerous team ,, its all there short in my opinion . What a sight it would be watching any of these players being able to strike the ball from anywhere ,,, be more adventerous lads dont be afraid of it ,,,, it can be done if you try try try try try try try try ,, it doesnt stop is the attitude ,, practice practice practice practice .. Id love to see it more often are they hungry enough for it ,, is there heart in it ,,, i get frustrated for these guys because we know they can do it ,, its just not often enough or adventerous enough ,, its like they dont have the confidence to hit it from anywere accurately ,, what are they afraid of i ask myself ,, there not aggresive enough in this department ,, hit the ball accurately with everything you have and away from the keeper not at him ,,, these guys can do it and be even better .
The club a are right to hold out on offering new bumper contracts to these three players ,, like any other player they need to earn it ,, Trent cant shoot accurately often enough which is strange , Nunez is the same which is strange also ,, and Gakpo , even Diaz to plus Szoby and others ,, ,, im sorry but they lack in this department and are afraid to shoot ,, which is very frustrating to watch ,, there fine everywere else ,, just not shooting or finishing a build up move ,, coming onto a ball and striking it true and hard away from a goalkeeper rather than at him ,, fix this and Liverpool are a extremely dangerous team .
No matter who Trent played for he needs to add much more shooting accuracy and goals to his game ,, most of his attempts are so far off the mark its not funny , would be great to see him add this to his game for Liverpool ,, am i being harsh i dont think so ,, Trent looks tired too much of the time to shoot with power and precision from anywere ,, its more of a wild tired attempt because he has so much other work to do up and down defending which is hard for sure ,, get Trent fresh and keep him fresh and working on his finishing all the time , put someone else in right back and put Trent upfront just outside the box and give him the ball in a way he can just strike it ,, would this suite Trent better 🤷♂️
Just Pinging a few good passes around the pitch doesnt make anyone a top class footballer or a legend ,, Stevie G is a determined legend who would strike the ball accurately and with power from any were on the pitch if the chance arose ,, and he could defend ,, his heart was in everything he done on the pitch ,, and he wasnt afraid to strike the ball with everything he had .

The team is very wasteful , after much effort ,, they could finish of more of there moves . Ttent needs to stop throwing tantroms and work on his finishing if he wants to help any team he plays for .
Trent is a moments player with no actual position. Not good enough to be a defender, not good enough in CM. The definition of a luxury player. Play to his strengths he'll look world class because of his long passing ability. Ask him to ahow tactical and strayegic awareness he's half the player. Typical one dimensional English player who's only good whenyou let them do what they want. I feel like Trent has been over hyped by Liverpool fans.
