  1. "Remarkable lustre" "Remarkable appeal"…in YOUR opinion Simon. M Utd are a big deal to their fans, and their supporters in the media – and that's it. For the rest of us with the ability to think for ourselves, they are a football club from northern England, nothing special and with no divine right to success. They currently have the most trophies due to the Fergie era, but eras come and eras go. Other clubs must have their eras, too.

  2. Basically what they trying say no disrespect to Villa at all I’m a Everton fan I’m jealous of them I hope they do well in CL but it’s dosent matter how rubbish Man U are facts are Man U are bigger than Villa and inevitably manager gets offer to a big club they more often than not take it

  3. West ham😂😂😂 this win in champions league over Munich is more important than winning the conference league which is a shameful competition to even be a part of

  4. Oh, what a groundbreaking take from the pundits! Because apparently, success outside of the "Big Six" can’t possibly be sustainable without Manchester United, or some other footballing giant, stepping in to cherry-pick the talent. It's as if Villa fans should be grateful for being reduced to a farm system, nurturing managers like Unai Emery just so they can be shipped off to fix United's mess. But sure, let's not forget these pundits are doing an "incredible" job of promoting this tired, elitist narrative. Perhaps they should be flattered if Sky News swoops in to poach them—it’s only fitting they experience the same nonsense they push on the rest of us. Because heaven forbid that anyone outside the top clubs should have the audacity to, you know, succeed on their own terms.
    Up the Villa!!

  5. Ryan the dim Villa fan called in to completely contradict himself. His entire point was Emery wouldn't even consider Man Utd because "their whole club is in disarray." Buddy, he switched from a Champions League semi-finalist and Europa League winning team to take over a club that hasn't won a trophy in 3 decades and were 3 points above the relegation zone in horrible form. If he can work literal miracles with us he can definitely do it with them.

Emery clearly likes an almost impossible task and he's doing it by delivering our highest managerial win percentage in the clubs history. Let not pretend that the same thing he did to Villarreal couldn't happen to us especially to a club like Man Utd that is known to pay way over to get what they want.

  6. The difference between man utd and villa. Villa are run by good people . Man utd are not . Villa are a different l promise you now this is not a short term thing at villa we have ranted on about it for a few years and been shut down and it's starting to happen . We as villa fans don't expect but nothing surprises us now with this manager . Villa has been suppressed for years and this is not villas bar trust me it's far higher . Villa have genuine history the original claret and blues and the creator of the football league a founder member . If villa have real success it will be more genuine then a Chelsea , man city. By a mile . And if a real football fan reads on real football history villa are royalty this is fact .

  7. What the mainstream media dont understand is that our owners and Emery co-own a football club together, you think hes going to jump ship and ruin the relationship with the owners not a chance !!!

  8. I was switching the channels yesterday and couldn’t focus in one game. The Lille – Real Madrid and also the RB Leipzig- Juve.

But to be honest, I never in a million years would have thought Villa would beat Bayern Munich!

  9. Simon makes a valid point. Inevitably (generally) managers and players do disappoint you. We all believed Delph, we all believed Grealish when they were captains and publicly committed to Villa… We all firmly believe Emery stays at Villa for a long time, and hope so! But it is possible something will change. Let's hope it's not to Man Utd, but regardless it's possible.

  10. Simon Jordan slating all the talk about United yet is part of a show that never stops talking about United himself included. What a moranic hyprocrite. As for Emery there is no way he'd leave Villa to go to United & I'm a Man Utd fan. He's doing special things with Villa they're on the up whereas United are stagnant

  11. It’s nothing but a miracle at the moment we have family season tickets from when one of the stands was shut I was away for this one I’m usually behind the North Stand Lower this is a tear jerker . I celebrated and cried in Morocco the locals were celebrating with me the next day when they spotted my Villa Top UTV
