Yep. Doing a great job to date and love how he is utilising his subs. Watching the Euros, I thought Rangnick was one of the best coaches utilising his subs with Austria so nice to see that CD is using it not just for tactical changes, but the mix of keeping energy levels high and of course player and team morale. It wonโt just be the starting 11 that feel part of the early success.
A huge congrats to Paik. Heโs been tremendous and fully deserves his call up. I doubt very much the drop in division will be much of a handicap. He was quality in the championship. The player I was least excited about in the January window, as Pritchard looked exciting and Dozell decent, but my, heโs certainly been the best piece of January business Iโve seen, probably since Dugarry, Clapham, Clemence and Upson. But that was an amazing coup of players in one window.

Great manager. Also a big shout out to the recruitment team.. it's ok to have money to spend but you need to get the right players. They certainly did their homework.

I was fortunate to see Adam Stansfield play for Exeter Jays father.he was a very good player and a true gentleman very well respected in the football world and I think jay is a chip off the old block as they say Blues are so lucky to have him thanks to Tom Wagner he has all the same attributes as his Dad ,Well done Jay he would so proud KRO
