  1. I feel Sorry for Southgate , he is a good manager and a nice person!
I am also sorry for the fans, they are so passionate, they spend their money to follow and support the National team every where!
They deserve the Joy to win finally a major tournament…
England and english fans…don't give up!!!!!!!

  2. Problem was the overhyped players, not GS. Rice, Bellingham, Kane, Gallagher, Maguire, etc. were the problem not GS. England was an average team that didn’t deserve to reach the finals. EH, Klopp, Potter, Pochetino, etc are not the solution.

  3. This guy is a journalist and said Pep has no interest in England, when Pep has said publicly he wouldn’t mind coaching England and Balague a journalist extremely close to Pep said England would be his first preference because he knows the players and believes they have potential to win.

  4. It's already been reported that the FA will appoint the current U21s coach who no one has ever heard of. Absolute joke and just shows how little ambition the FA has as an organisation.

  5. The problem is the diplomacy side of the job. The F.A want diplomacy AND coaching. That's almost impossible. The best coach is never diplomatic. They like winning, and don't care what people think. The FA went for Southgate for so long because he was very diplomatic. But that doesn't mean a winning mentality. He wasn't bold enough in the big games. The F. A need to decide do they want a ruthless winner or a yes man. The yes man can't win trophies, as Southgate demonstrated. So now they must go for the ruthless winner. Otherwise it will just be more of the same.

  6. here we go. Delusional ENGLISH FANS. Why would someone agree to manage this toxic team with toxic media and bunch of clown pundits. England should hire their "TV pundits" to coach them. CLOWNS

  7. If the English F.A. can't get Pep Guardiola or Juergen Klopp beg Southgate to stay with a raise in pay. All the other names floating around are a big waste of time and money who will achieve less.

  8. England reminded me of the golden generation of Belgium. They have a lot of but don't necessarily guarantee winning trophies at the highest level. I think we as English fans are too arrogant. Southgate did an incredible job, and yet we weren't happy. Maybe he got the best out of the players, but the players choked under the expectation.

  9. No brainer. Klopp or Pep or Carlo or Mancini or Conti or Jose will end 62 yrs of hurt at the UK based euro 2028.

Souness said drop unfit Kane & Foden who failed to press well. He said start form boys Ice Cole & Flash Gordon with Jude at 10 & Trent & Saka as wing backs.

Jude is a Bobby Charlton/Zidane hybrid & Trent is a Martin Peters/Hoddle hybrid. Build the team around em. Dont waste those huge talents.

Souness is a serial winner as player & boss. If only Gareth had made him his advisor.

    Prof A.G.Haq.

  10. It doesn’t matter to me , as long as the new manager concentrate on how to mange , how to select and how to train the players. On selecting time please don’t look at players face instead look at players feet. And count the years since 1966 with a rotten instructor can never pass the driving test.

  11. Appointing an English manager is never a solution for the trophy drought of England for the past five decades….England only produces talent players, not coaches…..Better hire someone from Italy or Germany
