  1. Personally hope the NCAA and NIL just turn into the UFL getting money.

They aren't student-athletes, and that's ok. Nobody is getting an education and going to class when kids are transferring 2 or 3 times in 4 years.

Its all about money, and for players… getting to the NFL. Let's call it what it is. This fake "student athlete" stuff has to go

  2. Or, how's this, he nor any college athlete needs to be or deserves to be paid. They are getting everything else for free anyway. Once this Pandora's box was opened this kind of mess was inevitable and now you can't close it.

  3. Exactly why Saban retired, I wouldn't want to put up with these demanding kids either. They are getting a full ride for an education, free meals, free travel, free flights, ect…

  4. Anyone who did not see this coming with NIL is an idiot. NIL should never have happened. It was never going to change early draft options or bowl appearances for seniors.

  5. THESE 2 IDIOTS GOT THE WHOLE STORY WRONG….GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT BEFORE YOU BLAB YOUR LIPS……THAT WOULD BE TO MUCH LIKE RIGHT AND WE ALL KNOW DISNEY IS A JOKE…ESPN IS GETTING READY TO CRASH JUST LIKE THE STOCK MARKET……. BUCKLE UP !!!!!!!

  6. The NCAA signed a $8 billion dollar contract for college football. And they won't allow players to negotiate and sign contracts with their schools for fair financial compensation. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled against the NCAA, and forced them to pay student athletes thru NIL collectives.

  7. The school tried to say the deal was for $3k a month for 4 months. He’s a Northeastern kid who was going to a Northeastern school. He’s not gonna transfer to a school across the country for $12k.

  8. Power 5 schools like in the SEC are already getting ready to set a salary cap for it's college football programs. It's coming, whether NCAA purists like it or not. And when you add in merchandising, ticket sales, and even sponsorships with sports gambling that the "non-profit" NCAA organization is cashing in, you get an idea how much loyalty costs.
